Corporate services and governance (CSG)

The CSG Division is responsible for operational support to the all executive divisions and corporate governance. The division comprises of four main units: Advocacy and Administration; Human Resources and Data Management; Information Technology; Governance and Office Management.  In terms of the office management role CSG division provides strategic administrative support to the office of the CEO as well as secretarial services to governance structures, namely: Board; The Executive Committee; The Audit Committee and the Management Committee

CORE FUNCTIONS

The main outputs of the CSG division can be summarised as follows:

• Good governance policies in place and operationalised
• Effective secretarial support system and stakeholder-focused administration
• Effective ICT infrastructure systems and support  services
• Efficient data management system and information distribution services
• People-centered human capital development policy and support services
• Strategic advocacy, communication, and marketing of CHIETA services and products 
• Health, safety and secure physical working environment.  

REPORTING

As an executive division the CSG reports to the CEO` office, and as a board secretariat in terms of the CHIETA Constitution the office management services provide reporting to the board and its substructures.
