Skills Plan & Scarce Skills

The key function of the chambers is to develop a chamber skills plan and identify scarce and critical skills in the respective sub-sectors. The two outputs mentioned above supplies information for the development of the Sector Skills Plan of the chemical industry. The chamber skills plan, scarce and critical skills are revised on an annual basis.

2. Demand for Skills
3. Supply of Skills
4. Identified scarce & critical skills
