The CHIETA has established a bursary programme to offer financial assistance to young South Africans who qualify to undertake full-time studies at any accredited South African Public Tertiary Institution within the following subsectors:
A position exists within the office of the CHIETA CEO. This position provides functional and administrative support in the office of the CEO for overseeing systems wide administrative and project management of organizational matters relating to the management of the office of the CEO. Candidates who possesses the relevant functional competencies and experience supported by the ability to work under pressure, a performance orientated mindset, demonstrated sound interpersonal skills and focusing of project teams towards attaining organizational objectives and solutions is encouraged to apply.

The National Skills Authority (NSA) in inviting all relevant organisations and institutions implementing (NSDS) skills development to participate in the National Skills Development Awards. The prestigious awards ceremony will be held on 14 March 2019.
CHIETA funds industry for the various occupational programs, certain programs that reside within the TVET sector and higher education. In this regards we are guided by our Sector Skills Plan that is a well-researched document that lists the hard to fill skills/hard to fill positions within our sector.
