1. Stakeholder Support and Services
Perspective: Relationships /Processes and Systems
Purpose/Aim:
To improve the level of understanding and participation in skills development and all related CHIETA Services, Processes and Systems
Objectives
- Improve stakeholder Participation via CHIETA Processes and Systems
- Capacitate SDC’s, SDF’s , Unions and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure Relevant and Quality provision of delivery
2. Promoting Partnerships
Perspective: Relationships
Purpose/Aim: To engage with and establish partnerships so that it contributes to the strategic objectives of the CHIETA
Objectives
- Meaningful engagement with NGO’s, CBO’s, Co-Ops and Critical interest groups.
- Effective marketing and Communications
- Strategic partnerships established between Private, HET, FET Providers and Industry.
- Retention and Expansion of Sector Companies
3.Implementation of Divisional Projects
Perspective: Relationships/ Development and Innovation/ Financial Performance/People
Purpose/Aim: To Support implementation of Value Adding projects/Systems from other Divisions
Objectives
- To support and conduct research as per research department.
- To be the implementation arm for relevant CHIETA activities
- To manage and control budgets and resources
- To operate within a sound Human Resource Environment
